AMAZING stay!

amazing beach daily happy hour

this hotel has an AMAZING location on a gorgeous beach, always with available sun loungers. the beach bar food was fantastic and there was a happy hour every day with a lively atmosphere. walking to the local town was easy every evening, a HUGE plus, with many restaurants, bars, and street food options. DEFINITELY coming back!

The rooms are spacious with comfortable furnishings and meticulous housekeeping. even small details received attention, such as the provision of a pin board for displaying hotel information, menus, and local maps. Very useful. the rooms are well-designed and aesthetically pleasing.

the hotel offers accessible pools throughout the hotel. there are huge swimming areas located all over the hotel. the fire show occurs three times weekly. guests can enjoy sunset views over the ocean while dining at the beach club.

The staff are exceedingly helpful and polite. they go above and beyond to ensure guests have the best holiday possible. every single staff member was polite, engaging, and happy to chat with guests. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

open door mosquito bite

the breakfast buffet was acceptable with plenty of variety.

when i checked in, the staff who escorted me to my room left the door open. that night, mosquitoes bit my face all night even though i had not left any doors or windows open. the open door led to a mosquito nightmare!

The open design of the hotel created a romantic atmosphere. The path leading to the quiet beach became a place for tender moments, especially during sunset. The hotel provided cheap taxi service for nearby restaurants. It was very convenient.

The pool areas lacked music. There was no atmosphere. You need to enter the cafe if you wanted to order a drink by the pool. It was tricky when wet, and the staff stood around inside. Breakfast was okay, though the attendants stood at the entrance while I had to find my own table.

amazing pool big bathroom

i loved the location it had amazing pools. the room was big with a large bathroom. i appreciate the easy walk to many restaurants shops and massage places.

the reception staff needs more training i felt. some staff were more interested in their computers at the desk. it lacked a personal touch during check-in.

The pools were well kept.

I was disappointed after check in. The staff escorted me to my room but left the door open. That night, mosquitoes bit my face all night. I did not leave any doors or windows open.
